At Kapres Technology, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in Manhattan Active WMS to join a multinational client that is a leader in the logistics sector.

Main purpose of the role:

The primary objective of this position is to deliver end-to-end solutions across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and system integrations for logistics operations across North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico).

This role requires a dynamic individual who can engage with stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, configure multiple systems, perform testing, and produce thorough documentation.

The Platform Consultant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Transportation, Engineering, Implementation, Finance, and IT—as well as external stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detailed in order of importance:

1. Requirements Gathering – Take a lead role in workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and define the agreed project scope.

2. Functional Leadership – Act as an internal consultant, coordinator, and liaison between various parties during the solution development and configuration stages.

3. OMS / WMS Configuration & Implementation – For specific solutions (e.g., Manhattan Active MAO, MAWM), implement project requirements in collaboration with Global Product Teams.

4. Systems Integration – Deliver mapping documentation describing system integrations between customer platforms and internal systems. Implement requirements within integration solutions.

5. Documentation – Provide high-quality documentation detailing system requirements (OMS, WMS, and Transportation) in line with internal standards and best practices.

6. Testing & Quality Assurance – Prepare test plans and conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure end-to-end data exchanges function correctly and systems are properly configured. Support the user community during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

7. Reporting & Dashboarding – Configure BI reporting tools (e.g., Cognos) or dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to deliver accurate and actionable business insights.

8. Other Applications – Gather requirements and build functional solutions for additional applications (e.g., slotting, labor management, invoicing) connected to OMS and WMS.

Requirements:

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor in Logistics and/or in Information Technology

Experience:

· 6-8 years as Platform Consultants or Business Analyst

· Concrete experience in Manhattan Active (MAO / MAWM) or previous versions

· Strong logistics/supply chain knowledge

· Good knowledge of the IT Project life
